To inspect the full details on the transaction please go to the Transaction Propositions. Here, a short example of how to place an order and pay it is explained. Payment can be done by: i) Check Payment (more details), ii) Bank Account Payment (more details), iii) Western Union (more details), or iv) Postal Money Order (more details). For an explanation why other payment methods are not acceptable please go to the Unacceptable Ways of Payment.
Check the price in the Item List and contact me via email. Than I will inform you about the shipping and total price, and we make a short Agreement (which is mostly my guarantee to deliver the goods as agreed). As an example, you can follow the instructions of the paragraph 2.
2.0 Smaller Item Orders (Example of Ordering the Tape Loops).
In order to simplify instructions for ordering small and inexpensive items, here is an example of ordering the tape loops.
Check the prices on the corresponding Web page (like in Item
List, or on the Tape
Loops page).
Specifically, in the example of ordering the tape loops, the prices are as follows:
i) European orders: if you are ordering from Europe the price is as follows:
Standard package of 5 TL4m tape loops for Roland style Tape-Echoes: EUR 35.00
Shipping and
handling: EUR 10.00
=================================================================
Total: EUR
45.00*
[ *For Western Union payment, 5% should be added to the above total price (see Western Union Payment for an explanation) , i.e. EUR (45.00 + 0.05 x 45.00) = EUR (45.00 + 2.25) = EUR 47.25. ]
ii) US and other orders: if you are ordering from U.S.
and
if the price is not explicitly stated in US$ (for tape loops it usually is on
the Tape
Loops page), check for the latest exchange rates between the US$ and EUR
stated on my Web pages, or call to fix the price. If you are ordering from
elsewhere, please do your payment in EUR or US$, whichever you prefer.
Exceptions are UK and Switzerland for which we accept payment in their own
currency.
Choose one among the following ways of payment, by judging which one is cheaper, or more convenient to you:
i) Check Payment -- recommended, especially for
small items like the tape loops (details).
Send a check with the sum
calculated in 2.1, payable to:
Robert Logozar
Ludbreska 3
HR-42000 Varazdin
Croatia, Europe
(Robert Lexton is my artistic name, and Robert Logozar is my real name -- see the comment here.)
Don't forget to inform me of your address where you want the goods to be received.
ii) Bank Account Payment
(details). Pay the sum calculated in
2.1 to my bank account (see the
Bank
Account Details).
Because of the small
volume of trade and the fact that for now this is on a hobby level, please
specify that the payment is::
--
GIFT / HELP
to a private person (this simplifies the bank procedure for
me).
Don't forget to inform me about the payment and about the possible date of
money arrival!
iii) Western Union Payment. Pay the sum calculated in 2.1 following the Western Union procedure (see the Western Union Details). Please add 5% to the total price calculated in EUR or US$ because of the bad conversion rates they use to exchange the foreign payments to our local currency.
iv) Postal Money Order. Go to your post office and see if your country has the international postal money order service with Croatia. Since I am paid out in our local Croatian Kunas, and they use a bad exchange rate for the foreign currencies (so that I get less money!), please add 2.5% to the total price calculated in EUR or US$ (see the Postal Money Order Details).
iv)
Sending cash in an envelope. Confronted with the high price of money transfer, a couple of customers
(about 10 in the last 2 years) sent well wrapped cash hidden inside an envelope,
to cover smaller payments. All of these were received unopened and with the cash
inside. You can count on my full discretion in this matter, but please note that
this will be completely at your risk.
If packing the cash in a mail, make sure that the money is not visible when the
envelope is looked in front of light. Also make sure that the bills are fixed
inside its cover, e.g. with a tiny pieces of scotch tape, so that they cannot
move and appear at the edges of the envelope.
Immediately after I receive your money the goods will be sent to you. Also you will be sent a delivery note by email.
Date: January, 2007. "Signature": Robert Lexton (Robert Logozar).
